The team at St. Francis Cypress Rural Health Clinic – Behavioral Health seeks to build a rapport with each individual. We provide mental health services for ages five and older, and focus on a holistic and positive approach that is person-centered.

We will address challenges such as situational changes, mood disorders, concerns with family, marital issues, or work conflict. Our team is dedicated to providing support at a pace that suits your needs.  Life can be challenging, and at times, you must address the obstacles before you. 1:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.

LaTosha Williams leads the hospital’s Behavioral Health services. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern University in Baton Rouge and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. She received post-certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at the University of South Alabama. After graduation, Williams worked as a Registered Nurse for a variety of Psychiatric and Behavioral Health Hospitals before joining West Feliciana Hospital as a Nursing Supervisor in 2012. Williams became the hospital’s Intensive Outpatient Program Director in 2016 until she transitioned into her current role at the Behavioral Health Clinic. She is Crisis Prevention Intervention certified and a member of the Louisiana Association of Behavioral Health
