M. Tyson Garon, MD is board-certified in orthopedic hand and microvascular surgery. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from LSU in Baton Rouge, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. He earned his medical degree and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at LSU Health Science Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. Dr. Garon completed a fellowship in hand, upper extremity, and microvascular surgery at the Indiana Hand to Shoulder center in Indianapolis, Indiana. His professional affiliations include American Association for Hand Surgery, American Society for Surgery of the Hand, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and Louisiana Orthopaedic Association.
