Anthony Shields, MD
Chief of Emergency Department
Dr. Shields received his undergraduate degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. He then graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 1998. He completed his residency at the Baton Rouge General Medical Center in 2001. Dr. Shields has served West Feliciana Hospital as the Emergency Department Medical Director since 2007.
