West Feliciana Parish Hospital's outpatient rehabilitation department is operated and staffed by St. Francis Rehabilitation Services, LLC, which is housed in a recently renovated 5,350 square foot facility located next door to the hospital on Gould Drive. The clinic is fully equipped with the industry's most advanced, state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and staffed by a professional team of licensed therapists.We offer services to all age ranges and provide extended hours of operation to better serve our patients: M-W-F 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and T-Th 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our goal is to minimize your downtime and return patients as close as possible to life before rehab. Our process begins with an initial patient evaluation by one of our therapists. Once your physician approves your therapy care plan then specific goals and time lines are established to chart the restoration of functional activity. There is always an open line of communication between the therapist and the patient's referring physician, which includes weekly physician progress reports to ensure the care plan is progressing on the appropriate time frame.
